2013 Charlotte Motor Speedway Collector Car Auction SCHEDULE
Tuesday, September 17 & Wednesday, September 18 10am - 4pm - Drop off for pre-registered vehicles only Thursday, September 19 9 am - 5 pm - Vehicle & Bidder Registration & Vehicle Delivery *All auction cars must be on-site by Thursday 5:00 pm Friday, September 20 8:00am Auction Registration Begins 10:00am Auction Begins Snacks & Drinks will be served throughout the auction for all registered Bidders & Consignors 5:30-6:00pm - Approximate time - Dinner will be served 8:30pm - Registration/Settlement Trailer closes Saturday, September 21 8:00am - Auction Registration Begins 10:00am - Auction Begins Snacks & Drinks will be served throughout the auction for all registered Bidders & Consignors 5:30-6:00pm - Approximate time - Dinner will be served 8:30pm - Registration/Settlement Trailer closes Rules & Policies - No Exceptions: *All auction cars (Sold or Unsold) may be removed at the end of each auction day. *All cars must be paid in full on allotted auction day. *All cars must be removed from speedway by Saturday 9:00pm. *24 hours security provided. Proof of ownership: Bill of Sale or Title - must be provided to remove cars from auction site. Directions: *You will enter the main entrance to the speedway - (by the flagpoles) *Take your immediate right. *Auction trailer parking and unloading is on the right - across from Gate 7. Unload auction vehicle and proceed with vehicle to Gate 7 - first ramp on the left. The auction is located at Gate 7 below the Smith Towers - Click for site map. You will be directed to Registration Trailer at the top of Gate 7 to check in & shown where to park your vehicle. Pre-registered & New Bidders: You will need to check-in at the Registration Booth located at the auction arena to get your Bidders & Guest Passes. Pre-registered & New Consignors: You will need to check-in at the Registration Trailer located at Gate 7 to get your Passes.
